About Tri-Enterprises, Inc.
Eugene C. Pullano Sr. and his partner Richard Kozlowski founded Tri-Enterprises in 1987. Their ambition was to establish a commercial cleaning service that would treat each client site with the same degree of thoroughness and care they would expect in their own homes.
To accomplish their aims the company founders cultivated a corporate culture that emphasizes the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of service capabilities through technological innovation, highly detailed management practices, and rigorous employee training. These continue to be the hallmarks of our daily operations.
Tri-Enterprises was met with resounding appreciation from clients and immediately began to diversify as new capabilities were developed. In 1998 Tri-Enterprises services expanded to encompass carpet extraction and meat market sanitation.
To better manage the increasing sophistication of client services, Tri-Enterprises developed three operational divisions in 2005 which consisted of: Innovative Floor and Stone Care Services, Janitorial Maintenance Services and Property Management Support Services. Through these integrated divisions Tri-Enterprises continues to serve the vision of our founders by expanding our capabilities, improving our services, and delighting our clients.
No job is too big or too small for Tri-Enterprises. We are available to our clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our business is built on a foundation and philosophy of complete and unconditional commitment to the customer.
Tri-Enterprises´ corporate office is located in Chicago, Illinois with regional offices located in New York and Michigan.
