Management Profiles
Eugene C. Pullano Sr.
Mr. Pullano was the son of first-generation Italian immigrants. After earning a degree from Lafayette College Mr. Pullano joined his father and brother in the insurance business. His aptitude for entrepreneurship and sales soon became apparent and he was recognized as one of the top national sales persons.
Mr. Pullano leveraged his talent for achieving client satisfaction when he founded Tri-Enterprises. His winning personality and devotion to client service soon propelled the venture from a small janitorial firm into a national property management services provider. He maintained an active role in the company until his passing in 2004 and his principles continue to guide the company´s growth.
Richard Kozlowski
Mr. Kozlowski co-founded Tri-Enterprises in 1986. Together with Eugene Pullano Sr. he expanded business during the first year to encompass 95 client sites. Richard passed away in 2015.
Arthur S. Pullano
Mr. Pullano attended Coe College in Cedar Rapids Iowa and joined Tri-Enterprises in 1993 after successful forays in the insurance and automotive industries. In his leading executive role Mr. Pullano has embraced his father's blueprint for success and continues to orchestrate company growth based on delivery of outstanding value and service quality to the market.
Jaroslaw Ziecina
Mr. Ziecina came to the United Sates from Poland in 1987. Mr. Ziecina brings to Tri-Enterprises an extensive knowledge of chemicals, application processes, and machinery. In his supervisory role Mr. Ziecina is responsible for the management and efficiency of the labor force.
